Anthem Party along with our some of our generous performance artists donated almost $800 cash to Wellington rainbow groups over 18 months.
Thank you to everyone who used the our coatcheck because the proceeds of this formed a tidy donation to Outerspaces. Thanks too to the performance artists who accepted our invitation to donate a portion of their fee for performing at Anthem Pride earlier this year. Particular thanks to DJ Marcus and dancer extraordinaire Neha Goyal for their generous donations.
Total cash donations of $780 are itemised as follows:

The sum donated goes over and above the cache of free tickets given to rainbow community members with less means through the V.I.Pink ‘pay-forward-your-pride’ premium ticket programme which we run for the first time at Anthem Pride Party.
Anthem Director Nathan Brown says Anthem is communal experience that tries to move this culture forward while investing what it can in rainbow community initiatives doing the same.
