Josiah Pasikale leaves the dancefloor

We sadly say goodbye to Josiah Pasikale who today leaves the Anthem dancefloor… or more to the point, steps down as Promoter.

Over three parties, Josiah led much of the marketing of Anthem Party on social media, and was involved in all facets of the party including working with partners, suppliers and sponsors.

He gave birth to the Party after attending a Pride Hui in 2019. He also brought people from many parts of the Rainbow community together to cut shapes for Pride in Wellington.

Cofounder Nathan Brown, who remains to carry on the party, says Josiah will be missed greatly.

His many talents make his departure big shoes to fill. His ability to be courageous and to draw on an inner fire with immaculate timing served Anthem and contributed in no small part to three amazing events” says Nathan.

Josiah wishes the Party every success going forward.

“I hope that Anthem continues with a heart to support the local rainbow community,” he says.

Of course, Josiah will not literally be gone from the Anthem dancefloor - He will be welcome back anytime. So he will no doubt remain a familiar face at the Party!

With Anthem turning its attention to 2022, and Josiah working in Government and always with more projects in the works, the only thing to say now is:

🧞‍♀️✌GO GET ‘EM!✌🧞‍♀️
